F     :     Facial Grid

T     :     Time of onset / Thrombolisation.

Risk Factors :

• Hypoglycemia Leads to Stroke.

Investigations :

Blood Tests : 

• CBP, 
• Coagulation,

• CT Scan / MRI

 Note : It should be done with in 25min.

Goal :

• Thrombolisation

Note : It should be done with in 1 hour. 

Emergency Care :

• ECG 12 leads.

• ABC

• Vital Signs.

• Oxygen therapy,

• Iv cannulation.

Note : It Should be done with in the 10min

Important Points :

• From the stroke starting onwards per second 2 million Neurons will  dead. 
• October 29th is the World Stroke Day.
