- Take a curd, butter milk and fruit juices in the diet.
- Eat seasonal fruits like water melons.
- ( It help to prevent the dehydration. )
- Apply sun screen half an hour before going to sun stroke.
- Eat adequately, Excess heating makes you leathergic.
- Try to avoid eating oily foods and fast foods.
- Carry a bottle of water and lemon juice to keep you hydrated.
- During travelling time wear a scraf to protect you face and head from the heat.
- Avoid the spice food and hot drinks ( Tea, Coffee ).
- If it day time wear sun glasses.
